Brewing beer is so easy that in not so ancient history fermented beverages were considered some sort of magic. Maybe not quite so, but with the ease of home-brewing it seems anyone can make a beer. Most craft brewing is a mix of art, science and sterilisation. A lot of the hard work, care and focus is done during fermentation and managed by the cellar workers. It is these hands that truly make the beer what it is.
For now CellarHands is an ode to the creators of beer. A collection of musings in and around the brewing industry.
It hopes one day to be a brewery and distributor for Modern thinking beers.
